About Merchant
French Restaurant Banquet is a one-star Michelin French restaurant,which located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. Kohei Wakasugi , the head chef and co-owner, has gained experience in numerous starred restaurants in France as well as Tokyo. And he also served as a fish chef at the three-star Michelin restaurant "Michel Guérard" in Landes. After returning to Japan from France, he opened his own restaurant in his hometown,Sapporo—the capital of Hokkaido in 2006. A warm and cozy atmosphere has been created to make you relaxed,and you can enjoy high-quality French cuisines, which uses plenty of seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido in this warm and cozy restaurant.
