Restaurant “SARAY” originated from Topkapı Sarayı in Istanbul, Turkey, which means “Palace” in Turkish, focusing on providing authentic Turkish cuisine and quality service. Their ambition is “When you think of Turkish food, you think of SARAY!”. That is why they name this restaurant after the name “SARAY”.
