STAGIAIRE provides a classic French set meal with perfect details. There is no other word to describe it besides "enjoyment"! The food is, needless to say, very delicious!

Star Chef:

The male chef has worked at Michelin 1 star and Michelin 3 stars restaurants in Europe and the United States, and has won many international culinary awards. The female chef Jill was the Sous Chef of Paris 1930 at The Landis Taipei, and won many domestic and international culinary awards.

Interior design:

The wooden stairs of the door bring the restaurant a sense of elegance; the interior is designed by the red dot designer, using black and gold to create a noble and low-key vibe. The tables, chairs and lighting are all very carefully picked and arranged -- including Kartell's chandelier, and the famous golden dining chairs.
