The Degustation Menu is an introductory representation of the food at Bistro à Table. The Degustation comprises of 2 appetizers, 1 choice of mains and 1 dessert. It starts off with the Signature Coddled Maple Syrup Egg with Crouton Dust & Fleur de Sel, followed by a Truffled Mushroom & Pistachio Risotto. For mains, you are welcome to have a choice of mains which is either a pan-seared seabass with sambal tortellini and ulam raja pesto, or Caramelized Duck Breast with Puy lentils (surcharge RM15+). For dessert, baked berry clafoutis is served. The Degustation Menu is for 1 person and strictly no sharing is allowed. Please note that, ELITE redemption for this signature dish requires an advance reservation.
