The Deluxe Degustation Menu is a very nice representative of the food at Bistro à Table. The Deluxe Degustation Menu comprises 4 appetisers, 1 choice of mains, and 1 choice of desserts. It starts off with the signature Truffle Coddled Egg with Crouton Dust and Fleur de Sel, followed by a French white asparagus with truffle sabayon. Next is the grilled langoustines with anchovy butter, smoked flomage blanc, salsify, walnuts and raisins. For Mains, you are welcome to have a choice of mains which is either a New Zealand lamb rack, seafood bouillabaisse, red wine Boeuf bourguignon or rabbit confit. The Deluxe Degustation Menu is for 1 person and strictly no sharing is allowed. Please note that, ELITE redemption for this signature dish requires an advance reservation.
