Chef & Owner Ollivier used to run a bistro in Belgium, where he got into the habit of building deep connections with customers through food. Now that he falls in love with Taiwan, he hopes to use desserts to rebuild the heartwarming atmosphere of his bistro here!
Splendid Interior Design:
The owner uses Lion, the national symbol of Belgium, as the name of the bistro, and uses it as the theme for the interior design. All the cupboards and furnitures are all handpicked by the owners from the antique markets in Europe!
