Moon Bear Loves Dancing offers a range of Taiwanese-Western fusion dishes, including a a cheeseburger topped with a red wine, cranberry and chocolate sauce. Other burgers include a spicy chicken burger with a sauce made with ingredients from Hualien and a ‘double decker’ burger that includes a beef patty and cow stomach from Gangshan, a region of the southern Taiwanese city of Kaohsiung. One of the more innovative aspects of the menu is the use of osmanthus barbecue sauce. Osmanthus (locally known as “gui hua”) is an intensely sweet-smelling flower often included in tea blends. MBLD offers it both on roasted pork over risotto and on chicken wings. A variety of beer and other drinks are also available.
