The food is average for this place and they serve the main dish 1st and completely forget about the salad and fruit which should be served at 1st. Upon checking they served this salad and fruit which was after we finished our main dish. Kind a disappointed with their service which was go in with a pre booking.

Great afternoon tea! FunNow and Aloft KL need to improve on their communication however. Made this FunNow booking 3 weeks in advance but when we went there they said we weren’t on the listing. Luckily, they managed to prepare the afternoon tea for us but had to wait for around 1 hour+. Kudos to the WXYZ staff, they did give us some pastries on the house however.
