  • The Daily Grind, established in December 2008, is Kuala Lumpur’s very first gourmet burger restaurant dedicated to serving a range of crafted & adventurous gourmet burgers, from 100% prime beef patties to lamb patties and vegetarian options, using the freshest ingredients and homemade sauces. After nearly a decade in business, we’ve finally opened a new outlet in Ampang. A perfect fit in the neighbourhood, providing another dining destination for the residents around KL and greater Ampang area. The new outlet takes up a total of 2400 square feet, divided to 2 floors – the ground floor features a cozy skylit courtyard area, surrounded by plants and natural sunlight. A great area for that perfect Instagram food shot or OOTD picture! There’s also a full bar offering signature milkshakes, draft beers, liquors and wine, along with high and low tables for casual dining. The dining space upstairs is very suitable for small corporate events or parties. The black and white-tiled floor, glass lamp shades and light wood-panelled walls all come together to create a casual, retro yet polish and laid back ambiance. An outlet emitting a faintly distinct vibe from the flagship Bangsar outlet. TDG Ampang offers a slightly different menu, retaining a selected number of popular dishes from Bangsar menu and additional dishes unique to Ampang. There are less burgers and more comfort food dishes such as Lobster Mac & Cheese, Lamb Ribs and Surf N Turf to just name a few. We also have a separate pastry kitchen upstairs where we will be whipping up even more delicious desserts that we are well known for. In the pipeline, we are excited to say that we will be baking our own burger buns, something which we have not been able to do due to space constraints in Bangsar.
