Without fancy cooking technique, the restaurant believes that "you only dare to speak loudly if the food is fresh", and thus insist on the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of sushi rice. It uses the red relic (amber vinegar rice) from the Edo era and white relic according to the characteristics of different fish species, and then brushes them with exclusive sauce.

Entering the store, you can see the golden wood braided front and the extra-long bar, ensuring that every guest has spacious seat to dine comfortably! The cypress low-temperature display cabinet, Japanese porcelain and raw wood lacquer also show excellent taste!
