For the yakitori, live Daisen chickens are sent straight from Tottori, processed in the Kanto region in the morning, and then served to customers within the same day. That’s the Tsumugi guarantee.
Although many claim that their Daisen chicken is the real deal, we invite you to try a bite of our chicken, and compare it with those other stores. You’ll taste the difference. And we can’t forget to mention our secret sauce! Shinjuku Tsumugi’s sauce recipe is a secret gem that has been passed down from the previous generation.
Over the long period of 35 years, we have kept the business going in the family, while never failing to better ourselves and work hard on a daily basis.
