- 前菜: 清酒凍鮑魚 (清酒,芥末雪葩)
- 湯: 海龍皇湯 (蝦,魷魚,帶子,酥皮)
- 黑松露意大利麵 (黑松露片,寛條麵,溫泉鵪鶉蛋,忌廉汁)
- 主菜(請選一): 龍蝦米多 (波士頓龍蝦,三文魚籽,忌廉汁) 或 威靈頓牛柳 (配酥皮,手指薯,甘筍仔,肉醬汁,紅菜頭醬汁)
- 甜點: 摩天輪上的聖誕鐘聲 (蘋果甜卷配提子冧酒雪糕)
．餐廳位於戶外，可以毫無遮擋看到香港海景和夜景及部分除夕煙火，並附有暖爐 。
．夢幻聖誕晚餐只在24-25/12 18:00 - 20:00 及 20:30 - 22:30，消費者最晚需在20:00或22:30離開。第二時段最後點餐時間為22:00。
