We start by focusing on doing a few things exceptionally well - the delectable satisfaction of our signature white pork bone broth, our addictive Sichuan mala soup, our lip-smacking fresh cuts of pork and beef, our succulent homemade specialty meatballs and shrimp dumplings; and our made-fresh-daily springy udon noodles.
