SOPA, is the traditional Spanish Cuisine. By chef and owner Capper Sopa from the 3 Michelin star restaurant "Cenador de Amos" in Cantabria, Basque Country, Spain.
The concept of 1 course, 1 city makes all menu unique. Every materials imported from Spain. The flavor is strong, deep and perfectly clear with unique techniques from experience studying and working in Paris, France.
