Tokiotonic is Changkat Bukit Bintang's latest contemporary izakaya, offering innovative twists on yōshoku, the Western-influenced Japanese cuisine, with an international flair.
Our signature is the Tokiotonic Iberico Katsu, a remarkable reinterpretation of the classic Japanese cutlet that blends East Asian and European influences. This dish features acorn-fed Iberico pork marinated with sake, shiso, mitsuba, and negi.
Stay for the inventive cocktails and highballs. The Mariko (Dear Merry), inspired by the female lead of Shōgun, is a tribute to love—sensuous and sophisticated with aged dark rum, house-made strawberry compote and yogurt, and silky cream. The Salty Samurai offers a fresh twist on the Salty Dog, featuring the effervescence of grapefruit distillate, house-crafted grapefruit cordial, and yuzu tonic.
