この店は「ミシュランのビブグルマン」を 4 年連続で獲得して、カウンター席からシェフの腕前を間近で見ることができます～🧑🍳
コースには前菜、メインディッシュ、デザートなどが含まれて、最初に出てくる前菜の盛り合わせはすごく豪華です！
クッキーに香辛料入れマッシュポテトが絶品～他の料理にはお酒に合う生ハムとサラダもあります🥗
次は注目すべきの「伊勢ロブスター」ですね～🦞
鉄板で一瞬焼かれるだけで、香ばしい～ 表面がこんがりと焦げたロブスターは、大きく肉質がしっかりとしていて甘みがあります。普通のエビとは比べ物にならないくらい美味しいです！
日本の高級食材の一つに選ばれているのも納得です～
海鮮を食べた後は「黒毛和牛サーロインステーキ」ですね～🥩
ちょうど良い焼き加減のお肉に、にんにくスライス、山椒、またはわさびで味付けます。
わずかな辛さがお肉の脂みを中和し、口いっぱいに濃厚な旨みが広がります。忘れられない味ですね〜
