1) Havent change clothes finish, masseuse just come in and stare at us change? 2) asked us to faster change cause they want to leave already (we also came in the outlet 15 mins earlier than it was suppsed to be) 3) didnt wear mask 4) when i asked to massage harder, she said. Oh if you want harder, please come in earlier next time. 5) only 45 mins massage. When i buy for 60 mins massage time 6) saw the package includes welcome drinks but i dont have??? 7) oil not aroma What kind of service is this????!! I want full refund!!
