🚗 Parking Pass Information
・Parking Location: Kaiho Hospital Parking Lot (approximately 550 m from the venue) On the Ain Pharmacy side.
・Available Hours: 15:00 - 21:30 (※Entry is not permitted before 15:00)
・Format: PDF format (※Must be printed on paper in advance and displayed clearly inside the vehicle's windshield on the day of the event)
・Ticket Redemption Method:
ーOn the day of the event, please present your 6-digit redemption code issued at the time of booking at the "FunNow Dedicated Ticket Booth" inside the venue.
ーFor group bookings, the representative must redeem all tickets together (partial redemption is not allowed).
ーApproximately 1 week before the event, the PDF parking pass and redemption details will be sent to your registered email address and FunNow order page.
Recommended Arrival Time:
・The surrounding roads will be extremely congested on the day. Since it takes about 10 to 25 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the venue, we strongly recommend arriving between 17:00 and 17:30.

- No Parking: There are no paid (coin-operated) or free parking lots available around the venue.
- Drop-off Ban: In accordance with the venue's traffic regulations, picking up or dropping off participants by vehicle around the venue is strictly prohibited.
- Rain Policy: The event will proceed in the rain. However, if the fireworks show cannot be held due to severe weather such as strong winds, torrential rain, or high waves, the event will be canceled and ticket costs will be fully refunded.
- Mid-Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled midway during the fireworks display due to sudden weather changes, no refunds will be issued.
- Restrooms: Portable toilets will be set up at the venue. However, we highly recommend using the restroom before arriving.
- Maritime Restriction: Ships, cruise boats, and other vessels are strictly prohibited from entering the sea area near the fireworks launch site.
- Ash Hazard: Falling ash or burning residue from the fireworks may damage or singe your clothing. The organizers bear no responsibility for any damage to clothing. Thank you for your understanding.
- No Personal Refunds: No refunds will be issued for personal reasons, including but not limited to flight cancellations.

- Crowd Control: The venue and its surrounding areas will be extremely crowded. Please view the fireworks only from your designated areas.
- Keep Walkways Clear: Do not stop on the walkways to watch the fireworks. Please strictly follow all instructions and directions from staff, police, and security personnel.
- Expulsion Policy: Anyone who fails to follow staff instructions or causes a disturbance to others will be escorted out of the venue.
- No Refunds for Expulsion: Please note that no ticket refunds will be provided to anyone escorted out of the venue.
- ◆ Smoking, Alcohol, & First Aid
- Smoking: Designated smoking areas are available. Smoking is strictly prohibited outside of these designated areas.
- Child Safety: The venue will be highly congested. Please hold your children's hands tightly and keep them within your sight at all times.
- Lost Children: In the event of a lost child, please note that no announcement broadcasts can be made while the fireworks are being set off.
- First Aid: First aid tents staffed with on-duty nurses will be set up inside the venue. Please visit them if you feel unwell or get injured.
- Alcohol Consumption: Please avoid excessive drinking. Heavily intoxicated guests may be escorted out of the venue.
- No Drunk Driving: Drinking and driving is strictly prohibited.
- ◆ Drones Prohibited (UAVs, Aerial Cameras, etc.)
- Carrying or operating drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles in or around the venue without prior permission from the organizer is strictly prohibited.
- Drone operations are extremely dangerous as they can be struck by fireworks. For safety and security reasons, the entire event may be suspended if a drone is spotted.
- Anyone caught violating this rule will be reported immediately to the police.

- Photography is permitted. Please ensure your filming does not obstruct the view of those behind you.
- If you wish to use a tripod, you must contact the event office in advance. We will direct you to the paid photography zone.
- ◆ Prohibited & Permitted Items
- Prohibited Gear: Items that obstruct the view or occupy excessive space—including tents, sunshades, tarps, parasols, chairs, lounge chairs, large picnic mats, tables, and coolers—are prohibited.
- Outside Food & Drinks: Bringing in food, drinks, cans, bottles, or plastic bottles purchased outside the venue is prohibited.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed. (If you are bringing a guide dog, please consult with the information desk in advance.)
- Hazardous Materials: Fireworks, firecrackers, charcoal, and other hazardous or flammable materials are strictly prohibited.
- Vehicles: Bicycles, skateboards, and other personal transport devices are prohibited.
- Equipment: Generators and floodlights/lighting equipment are prohibited.
- Beach Viewing Area Note: Food and drinks purchased within the venue can be brought into the beach viewing area. However, skewered foods are strictly prohibited in the beach viewing area to prevent accidental injuries.

- Media Consent: Please note that photos and videos taken at the event may be used for media coverage, including terrestrial broadcasts, BS/CS satellite broadcasts, magazines, and sponsors' websites. By attending, you consent to media exposure by the organizer or affiliated parties.
- Litter & Safety: Trash cans will be provided. Please sort and dispose of your garbage before leaving. The organizer, venue, and performers accept no liability for any accidents, theft, or losses occurring inside or outside the venue.
- Illegal Entry: Anyone caught entering illegally will be handed over to the police immediately and held liable for damages, regardless of the reason.
- Official Merchandise: Official merchandise purchased at the venue cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective.
