The 2026 Shinmei no Hanabi Taikai takes place on August 7 in Ichikawamisato Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, lighting up the night sky above the Fuefuki River with 20,000 fireworks. But temporary parking is banned around the venue, and nearby parking lots sell out fast — plan too late and you might not find a spot at all. This pass is for the dedicated Alps City Izumi Parking Lot, so you can skip the crowded transfers and the trek up hills with your picnic mats, and drive right to a spot within walking distance of the venue. - About Weather: In principle, the event will proceed in the rain, but will be cancelled only in the event of stormy weather that makes launching the fireworks impossible.
