・Check nearby 7-ELEVEN stores for SIM card stock
・Retrieve the card from below the ibon machine (if there are no cards below the machine, please contact the counter staff)
・Select on the ibon machine: tap 【Top-up/Payment】 > 【Telecom Services】 > 【Overseas SIM Card Super Fast Pickup】
・Enter the order number > select the number of cards, scan the SIM card barcode > checkout at the counter (no payment required)
・Be sure to bring the SIM card and the zero-cost white slip to the counter; the staff must scan all white slips before you can use the internet abroad.

──Usage Instructions──

・The first day starts counting from the day the card is activated (one day of usage is from 00:00 to 23:59 Taiwan time)
・No APN settings are required; just insert the card to use. Please ensure that the mobile data and international roaming functions on your phone are turned on.
・For dual SIM phones: Be sure to place the card in "Slot 1" and leave "Slot 2" empty.
・iOS Phone Settings: Settings → Cellular → Turn on Cellular Data option → Enable Data Roaming → Done.
・Android Phone Settings: Settings → Wireless & Networks → Turn on Mobile Network → Enable Data Roaming → Done.
・If you encounter connectivity issues, after completing the above settings, please turn on airplane mode for 5 minutes and then turn it off, then manually select the local telecom operator.

──After-Sales Return and Exchange Policy──

＊This product can be refunded for free before use and before card pickup.
＊If changing the departure date, the physical card can be picked up within 180 days after the order is completed, either before or after the original departure at the airport or 7-ELEVEN convenience store; eSIM can be used within 180 days after receiving the email QR code.
＊Please complete card pickup within 3 months from the order date; overdue pickup orders will be invalid.
＊If you have arrived at your destination and cannot use the service due to phone settings/model/connectivity issues, please connect to Wi-Fi locally and contact Cool Travel Card customer service. Refund requests upon return without contacting customer service will not be accepted.
＊The manual return processing time takes about 3-5 business days; once the refund process begins, the payment bank will be notified for automatic refund, which takes about 7-14 business days (excluding holidays). The actual refund time depends on the issuing bank's processing.
