- From March 30, 2026: As vehicle dispatch and labor costs enter the final preparation stage, no refunds will be provided for any reason (including personal schedule changes, health issues, etc.). A 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- 【20:15 Slot Exclusive Benefit (Early Return Access)】
- Early Departure Access: Passengers holding a 20:15 ticket are eligible to board the first wave of buses starting at 20:15. Once the fireworks conclude (around 20:00), please proceed immediately to the "Early Return" queue upon arrival at the pickup point. Staff will direct passengers to buses based on their order of arrival. As buses depart as soon as they reach full capacity, vehicles may leave earlier than 20:15 depending on the on-site situation.
- Dedicated Lane: A "20:15 Dedicated Lane" will be set up at the venue. Please follow the instructions of the staff on-site. You must present your "Return Trip Ticket" to board.
- Late Arrival Policy: If you hold a 20:15 ticket but miss the scheduled window, you may still join the queue for the 21:15 departure. However, please be advised that you will lose access to the early departure benefit and must wait in the general queue. Thank you for your understanding.

- Restrooms: There are no restrooms on the bus. The journey takes approximately 60–90 minutes depending on traffic. Please use the restroom before boarding.
- Luggage & Strollers: You may bring carry-on luggage. Large items (e.g., suitcases over 20 inches) or strollers must be folded and stored in the luggage compartment under the bus. These items cannot occupy passenger seats.
- 【Statement on Return Trip Delays】
- Traffic Risk: Due to the massive scale of Ryukyu Kaiensai, severe traffic congestion near the venue is extremely likely during dispersal. The arrival time back at Shintoshin may be significantly later than scheduled.
- Travel Advice: We strongly advise not to schedule tight follow-up plans after the event (such as flights, long-distance buses, or time-sensitive restaurant reservations). The company shall not be held liable for any losses or compensation resulting from delays caused by traffic congestion. Please evaluate carefully before booking.
