・Ticket Collection: After completing your online purchase, you will receive a 6-digit redemption code. Please arrive at the specified date, time, and venue, and present the code upon entry for verification and wristband collection.
・This is a special holiday event. Cancellations must be made by 23:59 on Dec. 20 (a 10% handling fee applies). No refunds will be given after this date.

- Lost “Unlimited Drinks Wristbands” will not be reissued, so please keep them safe. The wristband must be securely attached to your wrist to redeem drinks; broken or unattached wristbands will be considered invalid.
- This special holiday ticket is valid only on the event date and cannot be redeemed or refunded after expiration.
- As this is a special festive event, cancellations must be requested by 23:59 on Dec. 20 (a 10% handling fee applies). No refunds will be provided after this deadline.
