- 【In-flight photography policy】
- The use of photography equipment inside the helicopter is limited to handheld devices like gimbals or selfie sticks. It is strictly prohibited to fix or install any camera equipment in the cabin.
- In general, photography is not permitted when not on board the helicopter. However, you may take commemorative photos for approximately 30-60 seconds under the direction of ground staff, as long as it does not interfere with operations. Due to photography restrictions, taking photos inside Naha Airport is forbidden.
- Taking photos of the pilot or ground staff, and live-streaming, are strictly prohibited.
- If you wish to film boarding, takeoff, or landing scenes, use special photography equipment, or have commercial filming purposes, you must contact us via email before booking and provide details on your filming purpose, usage, and intended location.
- 【Luggage restrictions】
- Due to weight limitations, each person may bring approximately 2 kg of carry-on luggage (e.g., backpacks or handbags). All luggage must be stored under your seat.
- By law, items that could endanger the aircraft, crew, or other passengers, or interfere with flight operations, are prohibited from being carried on board.

- Flights may be canceled at the pilot's discretion due to weather conditions, such as rain or poor visibility.
