──使用說明──
eSIM使用可用撥號按鍵撥打「*#06#」，如出現 EID 的條碼或文字，表示您的手機支援 eSIM 功能。
開通當日即算第一天，按照台灣時間自然日計算。以5天方案為例：台灣時間2024年2月1日4:00 PM開通，使用期限至2024年2月5日11:59 PM
手機安裝QRcode:
・iOS 手機設定：設定→行動服務→加入eSIM→使用行動條碼→(直接掃圖) 如iOS17以上可選"打開照片"選擇已存在手機圖片裡的QRcode→繼續→完成。
抵達旅遊地:
・iOS 手機設定：設定→行動服務→開啟行動數據選項→開啟數據漫遊→完成。
・Android 手機設定：設定→無線與網路→開啟行動網路→開啟數據漫遊→完成。
──售後退換貨須知──
・本商品未使用前與未至機場取卡前可接受免費退款。
・如是更改出發日期，機場取卡可於下單完成後和原訂出發前或後至機場領取。eSIM 可於收到 email QR code 後在 180 天使用完畢。
・如已抵達目的地，因手機設定/手機型號/連線問題等無法使用，請於國外當地連接 Wi-Fi 聯繫酷遊卡客服。若未聯繫客服恕不接受回國要求退費。
・退貨人工處理流程約需 3 ~ 5 個工作天，進入退款程序後，將通知付款銀行端自動刷退，退刷時間約 7 ~ 14 個工作天（不含例假日），實際款項退回時間仍需視發卡銀行作業而定。

Q. 可以插卡在Wi-Fi分享器吗?
A. 建议不要插入Wi-Fi分享器，因为无法保证正常运作。若因此导致无法正常上网，恕不受理赔偿，且Wi-Fi分享器容易因瞬间流量过大，抵触国外FUP（公平使用原则），可能导致无法正常上网。
Q. 我的手机可以用酷游卡吗?
A. 目前市面大部分手机皆应可使用酷游卡实体SIM。
但不包含非手机类（不知名平板、翻译机、网络分享器）、特殊规格的手机（山寨机、电信商自营品牌之手机、锁卡机、SHARP手机、坚果手机、Sugar手机、LG手机、SAMSUNG Galaxy J7系列、HTC u11系列、SAMSUNG A51系列……等上述设备）
eSIM使用可用拨号按键拨打“*#06#”，如出现 EID 的条码或文字，表示您的手机支持 eSIM 功能。
Q. 双卡机可以使用酷游卡吗?
A. 可以。请将酷游卡放入SIM1（卡槽1）中，并将SIM2（卡槽2）清空，重新开机后即可使用。
Q. 酷游卡可以打电话吗?
A. 酷游卡仅提供网络连接功能，不可以使用拨打市话/手机功能。如有需求，您可以通过Line/What'sAPP/Wechat/Kakao talk……等通讯软件拨打通话，或是通过Skype拨打网络电话。
Q. 可以在台湾/飞机上插卡吗?
A. 不可以，请抵达旅游当地再插卡。
如在台湾或是飞机上先行插卡，会导致卡片无法正常连网使用。
如用eSIM可在出发国先安装好，抵达旅游地开启就可连网使用。
Q. 出国日期和地点要更改，可以退/换货吗?
A. 机场取卡：可于取到实体卡后在360天内使用，不需设置延后。如购买国家地点不符合，未取卡前可免费取消。
eSIM需在取得Qrcode后180天内使用。如购买国家地点不符合，使用前可免费取消。
Q. 到当地机场插卡了，为什么不能上网?
A. 请开启飞航模式2~5分钟后，再重新开启移动数据。并确认插卡地是否为地下室、建筑物深处、讯号遮蔽处或任何无收讯格数之地点。因某些机厂讯号遮蔽较严重、或因同时大量旅客同时连网，导致基地台反应较慢，可离开机场后再测试看看。
Q. 要怎么设置/开启漫游上网?
A. 先关闭飞航模式、关闭Wi-Fi后执行以下操作:
【iOS系统】→开启移动数据→移动数据选项→开启漫游
【Android系统】→开启移动网络→开启数据漫游
Q. 要怎么设置APN?
A. 酷游卡随插即可用，换卡后重新开机即可；eSIM安装后即可用，无须设置APN。
Q. 为什么收讯很差? 信号时有时无?
A. 漫游收讯以当地电信基地台覆盖率为准。
通常在建筑物地下室、地铁站地下室、建筑物深处、隧道、四周无人工建筑空旷处、偏僻处、高山、湖泊、海边……等地的收讯会较差，与卡片性能无关。可在离开上述收讯较差之地点后再观察测试。

- - Please ensure to insert the SIM card only at the "local destination" to avoid premature activation of the SIM card, which may render it unusable.

- - International fair usage principle: According to the principle of fair usage, telecom companies may limit data usage for users who consume a large amount of data in a short period at their discretion, without prior notice. Please avoid sharing the network (hotspot) with more than one device or watching online videos for extended periods.
- - If the data usage exceeds the specified limit of the product, the connection will be cut off or speed will be reduced (below 256 kbps) depending on the specifications.
- - Actual signal and connection speed may vary due to factors such as region, terrain, climate, building obstructions, number of users, network systems, or terminal devices. If the local area or phone does not support 4G networks, it will automatically switch to 3G signals. Additionally, different frequency bands supported by devices will result in different internet speeds, and refunds cannot be requested due to signal conditions in a few areas. Due to force majeure events such as earthquakes or typhoons, situations like unstable networks, disconnections, or inability to use the service cannot be grounds for refunds or exchanges.
