- 【Booking & Cancellation Policy】
- A minimum of 25 participants is required for the tour to take place. If the number is not met, the tour will be canceled and you will receive an email notification at least 7 days before departure.
- In case of bad weather (e.g., typhoons, landslides), a final decision will be made the day before departure, and an email will be sent accordingly.
- On the day of the event, clearly marked buses will be available. Our staff will check your reservation name, email address, plan, and number of tickets, then provide you with admission wristbands for the paid seating area. These wristbands are essential for entry—please check the quantity upon receipt and keep them safe. Lost wristbands will not be reissued.
- For guests who booked a Lunch Box, it will be handed out when boarding the outbound bus.
- 【Fireworks Viewing & Venue Guidelines】
- Please take proper precautions against heatstroke, especially if traveling with young children, elderly guests, or pregnant individuals.
- The paid seating area is non-reserved (free seating). It’s recommended to secure your seat first upon arrival, then enjoy free time.
- If the fireworks event is canceled due to weather before the bus departs, a refund will be issued (transfer fees may apply). However, no refunds will be given once the bus departs or if the event is canceled midway.
- The following items/devices are prohibited inside the fireworks venue: selfie sticks, drones, radios, or any equipment that emits radio waves.
- Fireworks schedules are subject to change. While food stalls will be available at the venue, heavy crowds are expected. We recommend bringing your own food in advance or choosing Plan A with Lunch Box.
- Children under 2 years old will not be provided with seats or Lunch Box. They must sit on a guardian’s lap. One free infant per adult is allowed. For additional children, a child ticket must be purchased.
- Strollers can be stored in the undercarriage of the bus, but there is no storage at the fireworks venue. While not prohibited, strollers may be difficult to use on the sandy ground, so baby-wearing is highly recommended.
- 【Shuttle Bus Guidelines】
- Bus banners and flags carried by staff will be confirmed the day before the event and shared via LINE or WhatsApp. Please stay tuned for updates.
- Arrival and return times may vary depending on traffic conditions. The return journey may be late at night—times are for reference only.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted on the bus.
- No tour guide is included. A staff member will accompany and assist you.
- Not all buses will stop at every location. Please board at your reserved pickup point. If you wish to change your boarding location, please contact customer service in advance.
- Drop-off locations are generally the same as pickup locations, but minor changes may occur due to road conditions.
- If your group members board from different locations, you may be assigned to different buses. Seats may not be assigned together—shared seating may occur.
- The insurance included in your plan only covers the bus transportation portion. Activities before/after or during free time at the venue are not covered.
- 【If You Miss the Outbound Bus】
- If you are unable to board the outbound bus, contact Cerulean Blue Okinawa via LINE or WhatsApp immediately to report your situation.
- You must then go to the designated bus parking area (or other location specified by staff) on your own, where a staff member will meet you to distribute your wristband and confirm your return bus boarding point. After that, you are free to enjoy the venue.
- The specific pickup point may vary depending on the situation, and will be shared with you via LINE or WhatsApp.
- All tickets must be collected in person—staff are not stationed permanently at the venue. You must follow this process to receive your wristband.
- If you go directly to the venue without prior approval, even if you have a reservation, it will be considered a violation and your access may be denied. Please follow all rules strictly.
