・Weekdays & Sundays: JPY 28,700 per night
・Fridays, Saturdays, and days before holidays: JPY 32,300 per night

※ A cleaning fee of JPY 15,000 is charged per stay and must be paid on-site. Thank you for your understanding.

Two room types available: up to 5 guests or up to 7 guests
For groups over 8 people, an extra fee of JPY 2,000 per person will be charged on-site (children under 3 stay free).

  • Usage by individuals other than those scheduled, or outside of the scheduled date, time, or number of people.
  • Lingering or occupying the premises beyond the scheduled departure date.
  • Accommodations are not permitted for minors under 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult guardian. For guests aged 18 to under 20, a written consent form from a parent or guardian for all guests in the party is required.
  • Gambling or acts that disrupt public order within the facility premises.
  • Acts that cause offense or nuisance to others, including nearby residents (e.g., excessive noise, leaving trash around the facility causing defilement).
  • Do not feed wild animals.
  • Please use the accommodation solely for recreational purposes. Use for commercial or religious purposes (e.g., gatherings) is not permitted.
  • Do not move any equipment within the facility without permission from the facility management company, nor make any alterations or significant changes to the facility's current state. In the event of loss or damage to equipment, you may be charged for the actual cost of replacement or repair. Do not take small items or equipment from the facility outside the premises.
  • Smoking is prohibited indoors. Do not smoke in areas other than designated smoking zones. Also, do not engage in any other acts that could cause a fire. If smoking occurs indoors, you will be charged for the actual costs of cleaning bedding, curtains, wallpaper, and other repairs. Additionally, any cleaning costs beyond normal cleaning, not limited to smoking, will be charged at actual cost.
  • Smoking is permitted outdoors, but please use the provided ashtrays or your own portable ashtray for cigarette butts after smoking. Cooperate in preventing fires due to improper handling of fire sources and preventing defilement of surrounding roads from scattered cigarette butts.
  • Do not use open fires, such as bonfires.
  • Leaving personal belongings or other items unattended.
  • Entering dangerous areas or areas outside the facility premises.
  • In case of damage, defilement, or loss of any facility buildings, equipment, fixtures, or other items, you may be charged an equivalent compensation amount.
  • If abnormal consumption of electricity, gas, or water is detected after your departure, you may be liable for the full actual cost.
  • Criminal acts, acts leading to criminal acts, or acts that may lead to criminal acts.
  • Acts that violate laws and regulations, or acts that may violate them.
  • Anti-social use, acts that infringe upon the copyrights, property rights, privacy, or other rights of third parties or the management, or acts that may infringe upon them.
  • In addition to the preceding paragraph, acts that cause or may cause disadvantage or damage to third parties or the management.
  • Acts contrary to public order and morals, or acts that may be contrary to them.
  • Other acts deemed inappropriate by the management.
  • Do not cut or collect plants or trees.
  • Using detergents or discharging contaminated water from washing oil, etc., outside the facility is prohibited by ordinance.
  • 【Refusal or Interruption of Use】
  • Use may be refused or interrupted if:
  • The user is a member of a designated gangster organization (as defined by the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gangster Members, effective March 1, 1992) or a related party, or other anti-social force.
  • The user is a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by a gangster organization or its members.
  • The user is a corporation and any of its officers are gangster members.
  • The user makes unreasonable demands to the management, such as violence, threats, extortion, or intimidation, or demands beyond a reasonable scope, or if it is recognized that they have engaged in similar behavior in the past.
  • The user's speech or behavior is overbearing or intimidating, or if they are a habitual complainer, or if the management feels threatened.
  • It is deemed that there is a risk of violating laws, public order, or good morals.
  • There is a risk of causing nuisance or danger to others due due to intoxication, or if there is significantly troublesome speech or behavior towards others.
  • The user is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.
  • Natural disasters, fires, power outages, lightning strikes, water outages, traffic disruptions, storms, or other dangers are recognized or predicted.
  • Use is impossible or predicted to be impossible due to facility/equipment malfunction, maintenance needs, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Other unforeseen circumstances or when the management deems interruption of use necessary.
  • This agreement is violated.
  • 【Safety Precautions】
  • Please pay special attention when using open flames (gas, cigarettes, matches, lighters, etc.).
  • The use of open flames other than the provided equipment (e.g., bonfires) is prohibited.
  • Strictly check fire sources and ensure proper extinguishing when leaving or going to bed.
  • Small children should not be left unattended.
  • 【User's Own Responsibility and Compensation for Damages】
  • Users shall be solely responsible for all actions taken by themselves in connection with the use of the facility, regardless of whether there was negligence.
  • The management assumes no responsibility for troubles between guests.
  • If a third party is damaged in connection with the use of the facility, the user shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility.
  • In such cases, the management and the facility reserve the right to claim compensation for any damages incurred.
  • If the user violates these terms, or if the facility or the management suffers damage due to the user's willful intent or negligence, the user shall compensate the management for such damage.
