Ray Adriansyah is renowned as one of Asia’s most forward thinking chefs. As co- owner and chef of star restaurant Locavore in Bali, Ray became a standard setter of a whole generation by not only sourcing everything for Locavore– food, furniture, plates– from Indonesia, but hailing regular accolades for sustainability as well as a regular on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Ray and business partner Eelke Plasmeijer recently bucked the trend again, opening Locavore NXT, also in Bali, a restaurant, farm, distillery, and R&D facility– all staying true to the hyper local philosophy- all rolled into one.

For one long and langerous brunch cum lunch on Nov 9, Ray will be cooking alongside serial restaurateur and local livewire chef Linn Yong from Limau and Linen in Kota Kinabalu. Limau and Linen is an upmarket neighbourhood restaurant showcasing seasonal ingredients through menus which span breakfast to casual brunches to fancy dinner parties and workshops.
