Join oenophile Wong Yin How for an exclusive French wine and cheese masterclass.

Yin How is the founder of the Tinkerman restaurant collective, which includes Vintry and Proof Pizza. He is also a judge for Decanter Asia Wine Awards, the founding secretary of the Sommeliers Association of Malaysia as well as Vice President of the International Wine and Food Society.

During this 1.5 hour class, Yin How will guide participants through 10 different wine vintages from across France, from Bordeaux to Rhone, Burgundy and the Loire Valley, matching them perfectly with cheeses from the same terroirs as the wine. The class is not just a study in wine, but terroir and provenance.
