すき焼き＆しゃぶしゃぶセットを注文すると、人数分のタレと薬味がセットされます。
左上：しゃぶしゃぶ用の辛味おろし＆ネギ
右上：すき焼き用の卵黄
左下：しゃぶしゃぶ用の柚子ポン酢
右下：刺身用の醤油
そして、運ばれてきた旬の前菜が感動もの！
お刺身はとろけるような甘みで、紫蘇と一緒に醤油でいただくと、
まるで涼しい海を泳いでいるかのような感覚！
ウニも新鮮で絶品！食欲がぐっと湧きます。
ピーナッツ豆腐（島豆腐）は沖縄名物で、
ぷるぷる食感にいくらがアクセントになり、さっぱりした味わい。
そしてメインの「綿あめすき焼き」が登場すると、思わず歓声！
火を入れて5分ほどで綿あめが溶け、タレや野菜と一体化。
箸で少しほぐすと早く溶けます。甘すぎるのが苦手な人は、少し取り除いてもOK！
アグー豚の盛り合わせは沖縄に来たら絶対に食べるべき！
牛肉が苦手な同僚も「今まで食べた中で一番おいしい豚肉！」と大絶賛。
脂っこくなく、柔らかくて口の中でとろけます。
すき焼き鍋でさっと火を通して卵黄につけて食べると、
黒糖と醤油の香りが引き立ち、最高の美味しさ！
石垣牛は脂が控えめで、食べ進めても重くならない。
特にしゃぶしゃぶ＋柚子ポン酢でさっぱりといただくのがおすすめ！
肉の旨味がより引き立ちます。
しゃぶしゃぶのスープはさっぱりしていて、煮込んだ野菜と一緒に食べると、
すき焼きの濃厚さをリセットしてくれて、どんどん箸が進みます！
肉を堪能したあとは、締めにうどんが登場。お腹も心も大満足👍
最後は爽やかなシャーベットで完璧な締めくくり。
