──Usage Instructions──
To check eSIM availability, dial "*#06#". If a barcode or text showing EID appears, it indicates that your phone supports eSIM functionality.
The first day is counted from the activation date, calculated based on Taiwan time. For example, if activated on February 1, 2024, at 4:00 PM Taiwan time, the usage period will end on February 5, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
To install the QR code on your phone:
・iOS Phone Settings: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use Mobile Barcode → (Scan the image directly)
If using iOS 17 or above, long press the QR code and select "Add eSIM" → Continue → Complete.
Upon arrival at the travel destination:
・iOS Phone Settings: Settings → Cellular → Turn on Mobile Data Options → Enable Data Roaming → Complete.
・Android Phone Settings: Settings → Wireless & Networks → Turn on Mobile Network → Enable Data Roaming → Complete.
──After-Sales Return and Exchange Policy──
＊This product can be refunded for free before use and before card collection.
＊If changing the departure date, the physical card can be collected within 180 days after the order is completed. It can be picked up at the airport or 7-ELEVEN convenience store before or after the original departure. The eSIM must be used within 180 days after receiving the email QR code.
＊Please complete the collection within 3 months from the order date; overdue collection orders will be invalid.
＊If you have arrived at your destination and are unable to use the service due to phone settings/model/connection issues, please connect to local Wi-Fi and contact Cool Travel Card customer service. Refund requests after returning home without contacting customer service will not be accepted.
＊The manual processing time for returns is approximately 3-5 business days. Once the refund process begins, the payment bank will be notified for automatic refund, which takes about 7-14 business days (excluding holidays). The actual refund time depends on the issuing bank's processing.

- - Please ensure to insert the SIM card only at the "local destination" to avoid premature activation of the SIM card, which may render it unusable.
- - For eSIM, please install it before departure and activate it upon arrival at the destination.
- - International fair usage principle: According to the principle of fair usage, telecom companies may limit data usage for users who consume a large amount of data in a short period at their discretion, without prior notice. Please avoid sharing the network (hotspot) with more than one device or watching online videos for extended periods.
- - If the data usage exceeds the specified limit of the product, the connection will be cut off or the speed will be reduced (below 256 kbps) depending on the specifications.
- - Actual signal and connection speeds may vary due to factors such as region, terrain, climate, building obstructions, number of users, network systems, or terminal devices. If the local area or phone does not support 4G networks, it will automatically switch to 3G signals. Additionally, different frequency bands supported by the device will result in different internet speeds, and refunds cannot be requested due to signal conditions in a few areas. In cases of network instability, disconnection, or unavailability due to force majeure events such as earthquakes or typhoons, refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
