- 依據觀光旅館業管理規則，辦理入住時須提供身分證件登記，休息商品依現場規定辦理。
- 入住人數為 6 人，第 7 人起每位加價 TWD 700。
- 本館嚴禁於房區內使用生日噴霧、拉砲、彩色粉塵、煙火等危險物品。因使用該項物品導致髒亂，甲方應付清潔費用。若使得災害發生，甲方應付所有賠償及刑事責任。
- 甲方租用 Party 場地期間，如使用不當造成積水，包括砸蛋糕、隨處嘔吐 ( 包含沙發、床上、地面、花圃植栽區、泳池或其他非馬桶處 )，甲方應付款清潔費用。
- 甲方承諾愛惜客房設備，如毀損客房玻璃、地板、地毯、房內裝潢及備品有短缺現象等 ( 如棉被、枕頭、毛巾、玻璃杯、咖啡杯及電器產品等設備 )，甲方需依毀損物實際金額及乙方營業損失賠償，各項單價如現場提供之標價，一旦造成毀損，甲方無條件同意如附件內容訂價賠償。
- 承租本館場所不得利用房內設施拍攝有違善良風俗之影片及照片，否則一經查獲依法追究。
- 依新北市政府規定：六人以上本館須主動通報警方，請勿在客房內從事不法之行為 ( 如吸毒、聚賭等 )，一旦發現將要求顧客退房，且不得要求退費。
- 特殊活動請以商品內容公告之事宜為主，不適用於客戶須知內的退訂規則。
- 訂購成功後，您將獲取一組 6 位數的兌換碼，請務必於您預訂的日期、時間、地點準時抵達現場，並於進場前出示兌換碼供店家確認身份與核銷。
- 由於特殊活動為限量供應，若您訂位後欲再加訂，卻出現無法訂位之情形，表示該時段已訂滿。
