当商品は、琉球黒カンパーニュ暖流 の（ 全粒粉入り ）と（ ライ麦入り ）のセットです。創業明治 15 年老舗酒造メーカー神村酒造で作られている「 暖流 」。その工程でできる黒麹菌のもろみから作られた自家製酵母を使用しています。もろみにはビタミン、クエン酸、ミネラルが豊富に含まれています。そのもろみで作った自家製酵母のパンです。
