Started almost 20 years ago, Cilantro is well regarded among local foodies and wine lovers. It’s fine dining in a convivial atmosphere, where guests and staff appear to know each other. The main dining room is composed of round tables and semi-circular sofas, with private rooms for small groups. The basement lounge is a cozy pre- or post-dinner drinks venue. Quality ingredients and Japanese influences are introduced in dishes like the signature capellini or Japanese Wagyu.
