Both Mui Kai Quan of Shhhbuuuleee and Johanne Siy of Singapore’s Lolla have one key rule, and that is: it must be darn delicious. Sharing a quest to create ingredient-driven dishes (from nose-to-tail where possible) through the lens of their Asian culinary heritages, expect the unexpected: bold dishes with different perspectives of flavour and an explosion of deliciousness.
