【Romaine Salad 】
Fresh lettuce is mixed with parmesan dressing, Kalamata olive, cucumber, and sourdough, adding crispy texture to the cuisine.

【Duck Confit & Side Dishes】
Duck is marinated through the traditional process for a long time, then slowly roasted at a low temperature. The duck skin is crispy, and it tastes tender. Sided with mashed potato, roasted vegetables, pickled tomato, frittata, and red wine mustard sauce, the duck is a classic French cuisine.

【Braised Pork Cheek & Side Dishes 】
The pork cheek is slowly stewed with tomato sauce for three hours. Italien tomato paste is mixed with onion, radish, and celery and seasoned with laurel leaf, star anise, fennel seeds, and coriander, with hot pepper stimulating your appetite. The pork cheek is tender and soft and rich in collagen, sided with crunchy potato confit, which heals your heart with ultimate flavor.

After pan frying the chicken thigh, the chef adds seasonings, white wine, chicken broth, whipped cream, fresh bouquet garni and stews the ingredients.
