・Block Cat Hotel | Amusement Park Room (Owners can choose the number of days based on their needs.)
・We provide vertical space for cats to jump.
・The Size of Space: (Height)195cm*(Width)75cm*(Length)75cm (with two potties and cameras)
・Last pick-up tome: 20:00 If the owners do not pick up their cats before 20:00, the additional costs will be charged.
・We provide considerate observation records during accommodation (including owner-cat contact book, photos & videos to record cats' eating, drinking, defecation, and activity, etc.), informing the owners through our official Line account.
・Cat food and cans are offered.
・We highly suggest that owners bring their cats' preferred items, food, a pinch of used cat litter because cats may refuse to eat or feel uncomfortable with the food in the hotel. Used cat litter is helpful for cats to pee or defecate in a new environment.
・We provide on-site cat grooming service. The owners can spend additional purchases according to the price.
・Reminders for the owners purchasing short stay (1-3 days) !! Since it takes some time for cats to adjust to a new environment, it is very common that they do not eat, drink, or pee. Usually, it takes 1-3 days to adjust to a new environment, and some of the cats need more time.
・If the owners come to the shop for the first time, they should bring the certificate of annual vaccination, ID cards, or driver's license to the shop. The shop will print them to set up customers' information.
・Unneutered cats have limited time to interact with other cats. Additional cleaning fee TWD 500 will be charged if cats pee randomly.
・Having vaccination does not mean cats are immune to any diseases, but cats who haven't been vaccinated have a higher risk to be sick.
・To protect your pet, cats should be vaccinated and test negative through rapid tests.
・Each room can accommodate more than one cat. Additional TWD 150 is charged for each type of room. This type of room is unsuitable for more than five cats.
・Additioanl costs will be charged on national holidays, and the hotel will charge you on site.
・If cats are unsuitable for our services through staff's estimation, please contact customer service to cancel your order.

- Please bring the certificate of vaccination with the signature or stamp of a qualified veterinarian.
- We do not suggest cats who take the vaccination within seven days to stay in the hotel. Please note that vaccination cannot prevent any diseases, and 3-in-1 vaccine, as well as 5-in-1 vaccine, only prevent diseases with an extremely high fatality rate.
- Before entering the hotel, please ensure that there are no fleas and ticks on or in your pets. (Fipronil, , Advantage, Revolution, Broadline, etc.) , and the expiration date is within one month.
- Before entering the hotel, cats should take vaccinations. Kittens who haven't taken two doses of vaccines cannot do the check-in.
- To protect all cats during accommodation, cats with infectious diseases (fleas, skin diseases, infectious diseases set by the law) cannot do the check-in.
- During the accommodation, if owners find there are fleas, parasites, or any symptoms on the cats, we will send the cats to the animal hospitals nearby immediately to let them have the appropriate treatment.
- Any medical fees will be charged when check-out.
- Owners can bring pets' preferred snacks/food, toys, blanket or preferred items so that their pets can be familiar with the new environment more easily.
- If the pet has to stay in the shop for an extra night (or more) or temporarily stay in the shop, the owner should contact the staff before the scheduled time. If the owners do not contact the staff for more than seven days, pets will be viewed as deliberately abandoned. After the shop report to the Animal Protection Office, the pets will be given to the authority.
- If the number of your cats is unsuitable for this package, please make up the difference on site. The shop has the right to charge necessary payment.
- If you have any special requests, please inform the hotel. The hotel will ask you to fill in chick-in form to understand your needs.
