・We have a specific pet business license regulated by Animal Protection and Health Inspection Office, (specific pet business number: V1080221). Our physical shop is illegal and safe, so customers do not have to worry about strangers entering their houses.
・Our caretakers are trained and possess rich knowledge about cat behaviors and nutrition, providing the most appropriate caring services for your cats.
・Traffic fee: According to the Google Map, free for destinations within 3km away from the Cat Village. Additional TWd 200 costs will be charged for every extra 3km. (ex: 4.5km: + TWD 200; 6.5km: + TWD 400 )
・After placing the order, the caretaker will visit your house to discuss your cats' habits, hobbies, preferences for food & drinks to decide which kind of caring is the best for your cats. During the visit, TWD 225 home key fees will be charged. (Please buy the home key package in your first purchase, and you may not have to buy this package in your second purchase.)
・Extra TWD 50 costs will be charged for more than two cats.
・If you do not buy the home key package, traffic fee package, or the number of cats package, please make up the difference on-site. The shop has the right to charge the payment.
・Additional purchase for traffic fees, home key fees, and the number of cats is available.
