． Children under 95 cm are not permitted to use sauna. Children between 95 cm to 140 cm may use sauna if they accompanied by adults (They must be of the same sex).
Lakeshore Hotel Sustainability Initiative. We will no longer provide disposable toiletries or skincare items.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, smoking is prohibited in the hotel, including rooms, balconies etc. If any trace of smoke or cigarette butts is found in the room or on the balcony upon check-out, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged. Additionally, if smoking causes any damage to the property, compensation will be required at full cost, in addition to the cleaning fee.
For all guests' rights, pets are not allowed to enter guest rooms and hotel public areas. We provide complimentary pet rooms available at B2 (advanced reservation required due to limited space). For the health of your pets, please bring your own pet food, bowls, treats or toys, and related amenities.
