To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, pets are not allowed to enter the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, including rooms, balconies etc. If any trace of smoke or cigarette butts is found in the room or on the balcony upon check-out, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged. Additionally, if smoking causes any damage to the property, compensation will be required at full cost, in addition to the cleaning fee.

- According to tourism regulations, ID cards should be provided for registration upon check-in, and other programs should be carried out in accordance with the on-site rules.
- The number of occupants is 2 pax. Please refer to the announcements on-site for additional pax or extension of time.
- There are mechanical parking spaces inside the museum, which cannot be reserved until they are full, and the height limit is 170cm. If the museum is full, you will be directed to a special parking lot, which is about a 10-minute walk.
