・本館大廳設有自助報到及退房機台，可以需求自行操作，節省等候時間
・本方案限最多兩人入住。不指定房型，由飯店隨機排房，不得指定樓層、房型、床型、房間面向、景觀及浴缸等。
・住房不含早餐；含車位（館內車位有限，依現場狀況為準）。
・禁止攜帶寵物。
・全館禁菸。
・最晚退房時間：中午 11:00。
・房內設施：分離式淋浴、免治馬桶、吹風機、Wi-Fi、液晶電視、有線頻道、國際直撥電話服務、Morning call、空調、室內拖鞋、冰箱、即溶咖啡、茶包、快煮壺、衣櫃衣架、洗衣乾洗服務、電子保險箱、晶片式安全感應門鎖。

Facility Maintenance
To provide excellent service and facilities, the gym, outdoor swimming pool, and sauna will be closed for cleaning from 12:00 PM to 01:30 PM daily and for maintenance from 6:00 AM to 01:30 PM on the first Tuesday of each month. The monthly maintenance will be postponed to the next Tuesday in case of holidays.
Lakeshore Hotel Sustainability Initiative. We will no longer provide disposable toiletries or
skincare items.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, pets are not allowed to enter the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, including rooms, balconies etc. If any trace of smoke or cigarette butts is found in the room or on the balcony upon check-out, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged. Additionally, if smoking causes any damage to the property, compensation will be required at full cost, in addition to the cleaning fee.
