・Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the fitness center
・*Spa treatment credit worth HKD300 is applicable to all regular spa treatments (60 minutes or above) and must be booked on the same day
・24 hours advanced reservation is required for Tai Chi class and spa treatment (Tai Chi class starts from 9:00am to 10:00am)

All therapists wear a face mask and a face shield during spa treatment
All therapists sanitize hands regularly and prior to spa treatment
Equipment and facilities in the treatment room are thoroughly sanitized between guests’ use
Guests’ temperatures checked upon arrival at the entrance of hotel
All guests must fill in a health declaration form to declare they are in good health condition
According to the government law, all visitors are also required to scan the “Leave Home Safe” App or leave their personal details before entering the pool and other facilities upon arrival.
Guest contact areas are sanitized after each interaction (e.g. reception desk and public areas)
Gym and spa floor plans arranged to meet local guidelines on social distancing
