・The hotel offers a social area and a solitude area. Please choose an area for your pet to stay in.
・Additional purchases of feed, canned food, shower and walking service are available on-site.
・Certificate of vaccination of their pets (within one year) and ID card / health insurance card / driver's license should be provided if your pet is staying at the hotel for the first time.
・The last check-out time is 21:30.
・Extra fee will be charged if the day caring time exceeds.
・If the size of the pet is not suitable for this package, extra fee might be charged on-site.
・A 6 hour evaluation will be made if your pet is staying at the hotel for the first time.

在好時光寵物旅館，您的寶貝會在這邊度過歡樂的美好時光，不但有保姆姊姊、哥哥的照顧，還有其他同學陪伴遊戲，每天還有公園散步、放風的戶外活動時間。除了遊戲之外我們也注重寶貝的休息，午間會熄燈午休，睡覺時寶貝都享有一個獨立空間，讓寶貝之間不會互相影響、可以安心休息，每個房間也都有攝影機讓爸媽遠端連線觀看喔！
每個寶貝都有不同的個性、我們會透過安親的時光去和您的寶貝熟悉，也讓我們跟您有更多、更完整的時間討論寶貝的照顧方式。
更棒的是，店面後方設有臨時停車區，可以輕輕鬆鬆把車停到後門，從容不迫的把寶貝牽下來、把帶來寄宿的東西拿下車，優雅地走進店內完成入住手續。

- A six-hour evaluation will be made if your pet is staying at the hotel for the first time to let the pet sitter be familiar with the pet and ensure whether the pet sitter is able to take care of the pet. If your pets are unsuitable for our services through staff's estimation, please contact customer service to cancel your order.
- New customers should show a vaccination certificate (rabies vaccine & assorted vaccine) with the signature of veterinarians this year and the ID cards for collecting customers' personal information.
- Before entering the shop, please ensure that there are no fleas and ticks on or in your pets. (Fipronil, Fluralaner,etc.)
- During the time of caretaking, if there are parasites(body or eggs) found in pets' dung or vomit, or fleas and ticks are found in their hair, the shop will bring them to the veterinary hospital the shop collaborates with. Any additional medical fees, parasite killer (we have Fipronil and Effipro), and sterilization fees (TWD 700) will be charged when picking up your pets. The shop has the right to charge necessary payment.
- Owners can bring pets' preferred snacks/food, toys, blanket, or sleeping pads so that their pets can be familiar with the new environment more easily.
- Since the shop is an open space, if the pets keep peeing as a mark, the staff will put disposable wraps on them and check the wrap every hour. The wrap will be taken off when the pets rest in the room.
- We respect every pet's temper; however, since the shop is an open space, we do not serve pets with high aggression, refusing to be touched, with severe anxiety, or pets in estrus. Any phone calls are welcomed. If your pets are unsuitable for our services through staff's estimation, please contact customer service to cancel your order.
- If the pet has to stay in the shop for an extra night (or more) or temporarily stay in the shop, the owner should contact the staff before the scheduled time. If the owners do not contact the staff for more than three days, pets will be viewed as deliberately abandoned. After the shop report to the Animal Protection Office, the pets will be given to the authority.
- The time of the late check-out reservation depends on the on-site announcement.
- If the body shape or weight of your pets are unsuitable for this package, please make up the difference on site. The shop has the right to charge necessary payment.
- If the pets stay in the shop over time, please make up the difference when paying the bill. The shop has the right to charge the payment.
- If the owners do not pick up their pets on time, the shop will let the pets stay one more day. The owners should make up the difference when picking up their pets. The shop has the right to charge the payment.
- The discount on FunNow and the discount of the restaurant cannot be applied at the same time.
