・In view of the current pandemic situation, hotel will charge HK$1,000 and HK$1,500 for normal guest room and Suite respectively as a disinfection fee if a guest is classified as preliminary or confirmed positive cases during their stay at the hotel or within 24 hours of departing the hotel.
・If a guest is tested positive or is identified as close contact with a confirmed positive case after check-in, the guest can choose to stay in the original hotel to undergo isolation. The same room rate will be applied as the original period of the stay.
・If a guest chooses to stay at an isolation facility, he/she has to report via the online platform “Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test” (https://www.chp.gov.hk/ratp) by the reporting deadline. The hotel will refund the remaining balance from the day after the guest is sent to the isolation facility. (e.g. 1st-night room fee will be charged if a guest is confirmed positive after occupying the guest room on arrival day.).
