近半世紀全台唯一傳統式的日式鐵板炭烤牛排。
亞里士餐廳如一座時光機，老客人來復刻回憶，新客人來體驗回憶，每張桌上都整齊擺放著日本進口的餐 具，木質握把包覆著金屬刀叉，鎢絲燈透出暖色燈光，整體有一種特別的中古歐洲風情。
必點好料：菜色主要以美式與歐式為主，男生可以點份量豪邁的「戰斧豬排」，女生可以點全是鮮嫩瘦肉的「角尖牛排」，如果想品嘗特別的美軍口味，可以點隱藏老闆秘密配方的「炭烤牛排」。
質感裝潢：餐廳的風格與裝潢是創始老闆一手打造，暗紅色的地毯搭配墨綠色的檯布，是亞里士低調的華麗氣場；磁磚桌面裝上海綿軟墊、椅腳從筆直改為有爪設計，是亞里士以客為本的原則。
