About Chou Chou: Chou Chou is a modern brasserie that pays homage to Chef Kin’s classical French training. Guests will experience his personal vision of French comfort food, served in a charming yet understated setting.
Signature Cuisine: Hand-Cut Beef Tartare, Soy Glazed Mahi-Mahi, Roasted Dry-Aged Duck Breast, and Pistachio Paris-Brest.
Professional Chef: Chef Lam Ming Kin brings decades of experience in a variety of cuisines and a global sensibility to his culinary concepts. He honed his skills in some of the finest kitchens in the world including Vong in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Hong Kong, Apicius in Paris, Guy Savoy’s Le Chiberta in Paris, and Jean Georges Shanghai.
