Gochisou Tebasaki Itteki

Itteki（ご馳走手羽先 いってき） brings authentic Kyushu flavors to Hakodate, led by a chef certified as a “Tebasaki Master.” The restaurant is known for its signature 15 cm deep-fried chicken wings, crispy outside and juicy inside, brushed with a secret sauce. The menu also features Hakata-style motsu-nabe made with domestic beef intestines and fresh horse sashimi from Kumamoto, with seasonings flown in directly from Kyushu.
