Service is nice but a little slow. They didn’t inform me that it will take longer during the session, it finished half hour later than the 45-min and this made me missed my next booking which was non-refundable. Would be good to inform customer if it will take later than expected so the customer can choose to finish on time instead if necessary.

Environment consider comfy, and the head massage skill quite good, feel relax and sleepy after massage. However, few point I dont like are a)head massage only around 50% of overall time ~ 15 - 20 min b) no face massage, only apply some cleanser, toner and others on face. c) hair steaming not proper machine, use the iron steaming one and feel face hot and moist, and the machine quite noisy. d) after head massage my hair oily but no hair wash offered, considering headspa they should focus more on head massage and at least a hair wash
