• Merchant will reserve the booking time period once a purchase is made on Platform.
• Enjoy Platform’s special rate with guaranteed reservation. There is no need to call the merchant to confirm your booking before or after purchase to avoid repeated reservation.
• Booking may be rescheduled once within the app by yourself 3 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
• You may request for your preferred therapist. However, this is subject to availability or at the discretion of the merchant.
• Please inform the therapist before your treatment if you have any medical concerns such as pregnant, injury or headache.
• Please arrive at the outlet 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time for check-in and change.
