- If you do not arrive to use the service during the reserved time slot, rescheduling or refunds may not be available.
- If you need to check in early, please contact the merchant in advance to confirm room availability. If you need to check in late, the merchant will reserve the room according to the time slot specified in the booking, so you can still check in upon arrival (except at certain merchants). However, the service time will not be extended.
