Platform Policy

• To protect your rights and avoid disputes, please carefully review all reservation terms and the Cancellation Policy on the checkout page before making a reservation.
• A Rez+ refers to a reservation that does not require advance payment or a booking fee. If you cancel, modify, or are a no-show after the deadline specified by the restaurant, the platform may charge a no-show fee to the credit card linked to your account in accordance with the applicable policy. Please refer to the "Cancellation and Modification Policy" for details.
• Please refer to the restaurant's special conditions for package-specific rules and requirements.
• The average spending amount, dining duration, food images, and related information displayed on this page are for reference only. Actual offerings are subject to what is provided by the restaurant on-site, and seating arrangements will be determined by restaurant staff based on on-site conditions.
• If you are unable to attend, wish to change your dining time, or modify the number of guests, you must complete the cancellation or modification through the "Booking Detail" before the deadline specified by the restaurant. No-shows or cancellations may result in a no-show fee or cancellation fee.
• If the reservation is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the restaurant, no charges will be incurred.
• Repeated failure to cancel reservations in advance through the Booking Page or by directly notifying the restaurant may result in the suspension or restriction of your account privileges.
• To protect your dining rights, please arrive on time for your reservation. The restaurant will hold your table for up to 10 minutes after the reserved time. Late arrival may affect your dining duration or result in the cancellation of your reservation due to subsequent booking arrangements. In such cases, rescheduling or refunds may not be available.
• To protect the rights of subsequent customers, if you are running late, contact the restaurant via the Booking Page. The restaurant reserves the right to determine whether service can still be provided. Cancellation requests must be made within the time limits specified for each plan. Please refer to the "Cancellation and Modification Policy" for details.
• Upon arrival at the restaurant, please present your order redemption code to the staff for verification and redemption.
• If the restaurant is unable to provide service within 10 minutes of your arrival, please contact customer service immediately.
• Alcoholic beverages may not be purchased by individuals below the legal drinking age. The restaurant reserves the right to verify the age of customers on-site. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to underage customers, and no refund of any price difference will be provided.
